I am Lucie Berkovitch, French psychiatrist and researcher specializing in the use of psychedelics in psychiatry. My work focuses on understanding the mechanisms of action of these substances and how they could be implemented effectively and safely in public hospitals to help people with psychiatric conditions.

I am currently part of the Neuromodulation InstituteNeuromodulation Institute at Hôpital Sainte-Anne in Paris, where I am responsible for an axis of care and research on psychedelics. We are conducting several clinical trials on the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, as well as fundamental studies. My research is part of a growing body of evidence suggesting the effectiveness of these substances in psychiatry, particularly for treating depression, anxiety, and addiction.
